PHY6239是一款具有高精度AFE的無(wú)線MCU。它具有低功耗32位處理器，8KB保留SRAM, 32KB OTP, 64KB ROM，和一個(gè)超低功耗，高性能，藍(lán)牙5.4/2.4G無(wú)線電。
